Jewellery information

We take great pride in every single one of our carefully curated products to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchases.


We will always state if the jewellery is Sterling Silver, Silver Plated, Silver Toned or Gold although we cannot be 100% sure they are said materials as we outsource these but we make every effort to ensure we am giving you the correct information.

Please bear in mind that the items we sell are costume jewellery, unless specified Stainless Silver or Solid Silver. The pieces are not meant for long wear. For more information on how to take care of your jewellery, visit the 'Jewellery Care' Section.

Delivery Times

Most of the pieces online are put together by hand which means on occasion the items take a little longer to arrive, especially during busy periods. We will do my absolute best to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible. 

As a rough guide, shipping to the UK can take up to 7 days and International Postage can take anywhere from 7 to 28 days.

 

Please be aware, if your package is tracked and states on the Royal Mail website that it’s been delivered to you when it hasn’t, this is not our responsibility. You are required to raise this with Royal Mail. We will certainly look into this further for you however it all depends on the couriers outcome.

Please make sure you enter in your address details correctly. We are not responsible for packages which have been sent to another address in your error.

 

Refund and Returns Policy

We quality check every single item before it is sent to you, however if the items are damaged in transit when you receive them, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement. On occasion, this will mean you sending the item back. Once the item has been received, postage will be refunded and your item will be fixed/replaced and sent back to you.

We will aim to issue a replacement of the faulty item, or fix the faulty item if possible. If this is not possible, we will offer store credit to the value of the item you've purchased. 

 

If you do want to return your items, you have 28 days from the date of the dispatched email to do so.

Custom Orders

If there is something you'd particularly like that you don't see on my website, for example whether it be a combination of pendants that's on a chain but not on a choker, please don't hesitate to request it as we welcome custom orders greatly.
